Our Founder, Ayesha Tanha, identified a gap thousands of talented women wanted to grow, start online businesses, or build careers in tech, but lacked proper guidance, community, and opportunities. Alongside her, Advisor Al Amin brought his expertise, strategic guidance, and mentorship experience to help shape the vision and ensure women get the support they deserve. Together, they created She Mentor to change this narrative. At the heart of She Mentor lies our flagship initiative The 1:1 Mentorship, a unique space where women can learn alone directly from mentors, growing together through shared knowledge, experience, and sisterhood.

Throughout her journey, Ayesha noticed one thing clearly many women had the potential, but not the platform. They wanted to learn, grow, and build something of their own, yet lacked the direction, confidence, or community to begin.
That realization sparked the creation of SheMentor in 2025 a platform built by a woman, for women, to help them step into the digital world with skill, support, and self-belief.
Today, She Mentor stands as a growing community of empowered women — learning new skills, launching businesses, and mentoring each other to rise together.
